Can cats drink natural spring water AQUA from the mountain?

I would say yes, of course. The cat's probably would like it a lot better than tap water.

I currently have a Freshflow water filtration system by PetMate. It holds 1 1/2 liters of water.

If you are worried about your cat's getting clean water I would spring the $30.00 for one of these. They naturally keep the water cool, and you don't have to worry about water running out as often. You do have to clean the unit and filter every so often.
