is it O.k. to wear a male's ring, anyway it looks kind of like a female's ring?

I was just doing a favor to a friend, her husband gave her the ring but she wasn't really sure if it's really a unisex ring, but it looks kind of like a female can wear it. Would u mind wearing a male's ring? Thank U!

It's a personal choice.
There isn't much of the whole his & hers in fashion no days expect for heels, bras, & skirts so just wear what you feel comfortable with.
