Im doing a "how to" speech for school. Im in 9th grade. Any suggestions? also i am very stage fright!

As the title says =[
It has to be 5 mins, no shorter or longer.
And while I am talking, I have to be demonstrating how to do something
Any ideas on what I should do the speech on?
Please help! =]
You have no idea how much I appreciate this!!

Just try your best and totally forget about your stage fright! Think about how you'll feel when it's over!
Also, when you're presenting your speech, use hand movements. This might sound stupid, but I got marked down in my speech for not using them. Also, speak very clearly with a touch of character. Make the speech enjoyable and fun. Whilst writing the speech add some humour, this will keep the audience awake and make your speech memorable.
Humour always wins - trust me!
Also, make up your own speech topic! This makes it more fun! It could be on absolutely anything!
But remember, add humour. Laughing is the best medicine and when you hear laughing during your performance (due to the funniness of your speech) this makes you more confident and relaxed.
I went in a speech competition last year and got FIRST prize!
Do you know why?
Because my speech was funny! Everybody was laughing which made me really relaxed and less embarrassed. I even beat the competitors who won the years before.
